There are some of points that must be included in lifestyle to get rid of belly fat, such as:
• Organizing meals the person should address 3 main meals and 2-3 meals interface
• The dinner meal should be light meal as a snack preferred be yogurt , because yogurt reduces bloating.
• Don't eat much food that cause bloating such as cabbage, cauliflower, radish, onion and garlic.
• Drink water at regular 8 cups during the day and should drink water without feeling thirsty,also you can start your day in morning drinking glass of water on an empty stomach and put lemon juice on it.
• Avoid sugary foods high sweetness, as well as foods that contain a lot of salt such as pickles and they lead to store a large amount of water in the body
• Do not over-eat legumes such as beans, lentils and chick peas, lupine, because they cause bloating and contain a lot of carbohydrates.
• Do not over-eat fried foods because they contain a lot of fat.
• Exercise regularly .. Among the most famous sports affecting the belly is abdominal exercises and simplest exercise abdominal suction for 5 minutes every hour and repeated more than once during the day.
• Chewing initial stages of digestion of food and good chewing leads to good digestion and lack a sense of bloat.
• Drinking green tea after meals 3 times a day it helps you lose some calories.
